This article first briefly analyzed the demand for surveying & mapping and geoinformation talents under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the surveying & mapping and geoinformation industry. Then it discussed the talent strategy of high-tech geoinformation enterprises in the high-quality development process，taking Beijing Digsur Technology Co.，Ltd as an example. Finally，some suggestions on the future cultivation of surveying & mapping and geoinformation talents were put forward.
