The digital economy is an important new economic form. Recently，local legislation has been used in many places to explore the institutional improvement of the digital economy promotion mechanism. By combing the current situation of digital economy legislation in various places and summarizing the key points and difficulties of legislation，we can sum up useful experience in organizational system construction，the definition of data ownership，the relationship between promotion and standardization，and the relationship between innovation and rule of law，which can provide reference for digital economy promotion legislation in Beijing and other places.
