物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术革新,以及动态监测、自动建模、出行服务等应用需求催生了测绘地理信息学科的转型升级,从而对从业人员知识体系和能力提出了新的需求。本文梳理了近年来测量学与位置服务、遥感技术及其应用、地图学与地理信息技术等学科领域的发展状况及趋势,指出在学科自身发展和外部要素综合作用下,测绘地理信息学科的改革创新是必由之路。结合未来人才素质需求,对高校测绘地理信息教育提出四点建议,即测绘地理信息基础理论方法教育的创新、多学科交叉的新工科培养模式、面向国家需求的应用导向,以及培养体系的综合创新。
<<Technological innovations such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence,as well as application requirements such as dynamic monitoring,automatic modeling,and travel services,have spawned the transformation and upgrading of the discipline of surveying & mapping and geoinformation,thus putting forward new demands on the knowledge system and capabilities of practitioners. This paper analyzed the development status and trends of surveying and location services,remote sensing technology and its application,cartography and geoinformation in recent years. It was proposed that under the comprehensive effect of the discipline’s own development and external factors,the reform and innovation of the surveying and mapping geoinformation discipline is a necessity. Based on the demand for future talents,four suggestions were put forward for the education of surveying & mapping and geoinformation in colleges and universities,namely,the innovation of the education of basic theory and method of surveying & mapping and geoinformation,the new engineering cultivation model of multidisciplinary,the application orientation for significant demands,and the comprehensive innovation of the cultivation system.
