遥感学科近年来得到蓬勃发展，遥感科学与技术新型交叉学科于2019年正式获批。遥感已经无处不在，各行各业对遥感科学与技术的人才需求旺盛。本文首先对遥感科学与技术的学科与专业发展沿革进行了分析，其次对遥感科学与技术的人才培养需求进行了分析，再次对遥感科学与技术的人才培养现状及培养模式进行探索，最后对遥感科学与技术的人才培养需求和培养模式进行了展望。
<<The discipline of remote sensing has developed vigorously in recent years. The interdisciplinary of remote sensing science and technology was officially approved in 2019. Remote sensing has become ubiquitous. There are strong demands for talents in remote sensing science and technology from various fields. This article firstly analyzed the development of the discipline of remote sensing science and technology. Then the demand for talent cultivation of remote sensing science and technology. The present situation and cultivation mode of talent cultivation of remote sensing science and technology were explored. Finally，the demand and cultivation mode of remote sensing science and technology talents were prospected.
