新时代为城市测绘地理信息的发展带来了重要的变革，自然资源领域新业务带来的新需求，新技术发展带来的新挑战，都不断推进新时代城市测绘地理信息人才体系的重新构建。本文从新时代测绘地理信息人才发展面临的新形势出发，以北京市为例分析了城市测绘地理信息人才现状及需求方向，提出了建设适应新时代测绘地理信息人才体系的策略和保障措施。
<<The new era has brought important changes to the development of urban surveying & mapping and geoinformation. The new demands brought about by new businesses in the natural resources field and the new challenges brought about by the development of new technologies have continuously promoted the reconstruction of the urban surveying & mapping and geoinformation talent system in the new era. This article analyzed the new situation facing the development of surveying & mapping and geoinformation talents in the new era. The present state and demand of urban surveying & mapping and geoinformation talents were analyzed with Beijing as an example. The strategies and guarantee measures to build the surveying & mapping and geoinformation talents system in the new era were put forward.
