The global society is undergoing a “platformization” shift. In the digital age，the platformization risks have caused real crises in the fields of economy，politics and culture. Under the guidance of platform-based risk governance，the global society has launched relevant practices of “platform regulation”. Based on the technical logic of the platform，this article reviews the platform governance practices in Europe and the United States in recent years from three levels of antitrust regulation，data regulation and algorithm regulation，and tries to provide a direction for platform regulation of china.
