The main research conclusions on ESG of China’s listed companies in 2021 were summarized and extracted in this paper，where study on ESG investment trend of these listed enterprises in 2021 was also analyzed from eight dimensions respectively. According to the research results，listed companies’ ESG information disclosure quality has been rising over the past years but the specific level varies among industries. ESG ranking is closely related to growth value and ESG investment evaluation has become a very tool for measurement by regulatory authorities，investment institutions and upstream and downstream companies in the industry chain. Under the influence of COVID-19 and the promotion of objectives of “peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality”，it is an urgent task to boost the in-depth integration of ESG idea and enterprise operation in the future. ESG of China’s listed companies will also usher its new development opportunities.
