With the rapid advancement of the concept of a digital medical city and the emergence of digital medical service platform，South Korea’s U-healthcare Center，as a digital medical service platform covering six cities in South Korea，has adopted a series of fruitful development measures，which has contributed important practical experience to the development of digital medical city. The platform collects health data in real time through smart devices and feeds back the results，assists disease prediction and intervention services based on big data and artificial intelligence，and supports the generation of electronic medical records with cloud-based data storage. In view of this，in the process of China’s medical digital city construction，it is necessary to learn from the development experience of this model，to promote healthy city construction measures step by step，actively promote the health management model，improve the health management data system，in order to further improve the development level of urban digital medical care.
