北京Q基金会由运作向资助的转型是在内外部环境的互动和资源的交互作用下发生的,本文运用参与观察法和访谈法,对其转型的具体实践进行了观察分析和反思。尽管Q基金会为转型采取了组织战略调整等实践举措,但由于基金会资源获取能力不足和内部管理等问题,Q基金会的转型并没有达到预期效果。从Q基金会的个案来看,虽然资助型基金会是基金会未来发展的方向,但当前的宏观环境和组织的转型能力等都不足以为转型提供有力的支撑,基金会要完成预期的转型尚需多方的共同努力。
<<The transformation of Beijing Q foundation from operation to funding takes place under the interaction of internal and external environment and resources. This paper uses the participation observation method and interview method to observe,analyze and reflect on the specific practice of the transformation of Beijing Q foundation from operation to funding. Though Q foundation has taken some practical measures to adjust the transformation,the transformation of Q foundation has not achieved the expected aim. Though the funded foundation is the direction in the future,the support for the transformation is leak to the macro environment and the transformation ability of the organization. It needs the joint efforts of many parties to complete the expected transformation of the foundation,
