“Discussion and consultation” is an important means of democratic consultation and an important method to realize the benign interaction between government governance，social mediation and residents’ autonomy. Through the investigation，it is found that Zaojunmiao community，Beixiaguan sub-district，Haidian district adheres to exploring the innovation of community governance led by party construction. According to the requirements of “Fengqiao experience” in the new era of “small things do not go out of the community and major events do not go out of the sub-district”，it focuses on serving the masses well，explores and forms a work method of doing practical things for the people of “one main line，one platform，one set of mechanism and one team”. The method effectively solve the most direct and realistic interests of community residents，enhance the sense of access，happiness and security of community residents，and highlight the dazzling light of “discussion consultation” in the great practice of urban community.
