The green transformation of production and lifestyle is an important starting point for the construction of ecological civilization and an important way to realize a beautiful China. It is related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and the realization of the “two centenary” goals. This paper clarifies the difficulties and key points of green transformation and development through the background analysis and identification of the difficulties，and explores opportunities for green transformation. It not only conforms to the development trend of dual-carbon goals，but also seizes dual-cycle consumption. Relying on the support of green technology innovation，we propose 6 key measures for the green transformation of production and lifestyle，formulate a scientific program that leads the green transformation of production and lifestyle，promote the green transformation of industry，agriculture，energy structure and lifestyle，and realize the mechanism innovation of green transformation to help the construction of ecological civilization.
