Hong Kong is a business and leisure tourism destination globally，and the number of international arrivals positively influences the city’s tourism prosperity. However，Hong Kong’s inbound tourism market has been struggling for nearly two years due to restrictions regarding international travel caused by the COVID-19 from early 2020. This report primarily inspected the situation of Hong Kong’s tourism in 2021 under the pandemic. Second，supportive measures for alleviating the woe of Hong Kong’s tourism industry from key stakeholders were summarized. Finally，the outlook of Hong Kong’s tourism market was prospected，and suggestions were addressed accordingly.
