Under the Covid-19，the inbound tourism in China experienced unprecedented decrease. Although the situation was a little better in 2021，the gap with the level before the epidemic is still huge. With the improvement of the internal and external environment，we may see a higher possibility to restart inbound tourism in China. Under influences of Covid-19，the competitive competitive landscape faced by China inbound tourism has changed. It is crucial to；experimentally explore the restart mode of tourism.
