This paper attempts to observe the recovery and development trend of global tourism in the post epidemic era from the perspective of listed companies. Firstly，the paper compares the industry valuation level horizontally with the tourism sector index，which finds that there is an obvious differentiation between the valuation of emerging economies and developed economies. Further，this paper analyzes the operation of listed tourism companies from the financial aspects of operation fundamentals，liability structure and cash flow. Although the epidemic situation has recovered and improved to a certain extent，there is still a certain gap compared with the operation before the epidemic. Finally，from the perspective of the venture capital market and M & a market，the investment and financing activities of tourism industry are relatively active.
