Social enterprises include profit maximization and villagers’ welfare maximization into the target function，which can solve the problem of property rights separation and value discrete conflict existing in the rural economic development，and promote rural revitalization. This paper combines the typical cases in reality，explores and analyzes the operation mechanism of social enterprises and symbiotic co-rich development model，and gives the development suggestions to realize the sustainable and long-term development of rural areas.
