2021年旅行社行业在困难中坚守,在谋变中求生。出入境旅游业务暂未恢复,虽然国内旅游持续复苏,但旅行社产业规模增速放缓、总体经营效果不佳,行业亏损持续、部分传统旅行社关停休眠、人员流失持续扩大、行业信心不足、生存问题严峻等情况依然存在。面对困难,政府推进使用保险交纳旅游服务质量保证金试点工作启动、出台加强导游队伍建设和管理行动方案、开展未经许可经营旅行社业务专项整治行动等为旅行社发展营造了良好环境。旅行社在坚守中创新求变、实践探索。2022年旅行社行业需回归服务价值本真,推动泛中心化业务发展,注重微度假产品深度开发、多元化经营。
<<2021 is a more difficult year for China’s travel agency industry. The travel agency industry adheres to difficulties and survives in seeking change. The inbound and outbound tourism business has not recovered yet. Although domestic tourism continues to recover,the growth rate of travel agency industry is slowing down,the overall operation effect is poor,the industry losses continue,some traditional travel agencies shut down and hibernate,the staff turnover rate continues to expand,the industry confidence is insufficient,and the survival problems are serious. The pilot work for paying the quality of travel service deposit with insurance,the action plan for strengthening the construction and management of tour guides and the special rectification action of operating travel agencies without permission have created a good environment for the development of travel agencies. Through the exploration of innovation and the perspective analysis of the industry dilemma,this paper puts forward the development direction of the travel agency industry in 2022,explores returning to the true value of service,decentralized business development,pan-centralized business development,paying attention to the in-depth development of micro vacation products and diversified management,etc.
