Through targeted poverty alleviation，all persons with disabilities identified as poverty in Xinjiang have been lifted out of poverty，ensuring the basic livelihood of persons with disabilities in financial difficulties. Efforts have been made to promote employment and entrepreneurship for persons with disabilities，steadily promote education for persons with disabilities，comprehensively improve the quality of basic public services for persons with disabilities，and improve basic conditions for their development. Great progress has been made in the cause of persons with disabilities. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period，Xinjiang will focus on promoting the high-quality development of cause of persons with disabilities，consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation for persons with disabilities，and promote their all-round development and common prosperity，comprehensively promote the development of cause of persons with disabilities.
