After years of efforts，China has made great progress in fitness demonstration sites for the persons with disabilities，mass ice and snow activities，social sports instructors for the persons with disabilities，rehabilitation sports into the family，mass sports branding projects，etc. However，there are also some problems，such as lack of localized interpretation of policy documents，vague functional positioning of fitness demonstration sites for the persons with disabilities，inadequate financial guarantee for rehabilitation sports into the family，low accessibility and inclusiveness of sports participation for persons with disabilities. In the future，we should base on the combination of inclusive plans and special plans，promote the reform of mass sports governance system for persons with disabilities with inclusive development，create a good external environment，improve the initiative of sports participation for persons with disabilities，and promote the vigorous development of mass sports for the persons with disabilities.
