To revitalize the countryside，talents must come first，and talents are the basic elements of rural revitalization. This report takes four major types of talents，namely production and operation type，integration and development type，public service type and grassroots governance type，as representatives，analyzes their respective development trends one by one，and summarizes the characteristics and application scope of four major models，namely governmentled，science and education docking，industry-driven and diverse integration type. This report concludes that：rural education has problems such as deviation between demand and education reform，backward construction of rural public infrastructure，quality of rural teachers to be improved，insufficient investment in rural education and lack of innovative and local elements in curriculum；in the field of cultivating high-quality farmers，there are problems of difficulty in meeting training requirements；in the field of cultivating talents for rural grassroots governance，there are problems such as weakening of various capacities. This report recommends building a solid foundation for talent development；updating the ecosystem of high-quality farmers；integrating elements of the rural system；consolidating the root of rural security，and improving the long-term mechanism for talent development，so as to comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural talents.
