Since the outbreak of the COVID-19，the China Society for Human Rights Studies guided the human rights research institutes of China to hold 8 international webinars on the theme of “Global Pandemic Protection and Control and Human Rights Protection”. The topics of each webinars involving right to life，right to health，rights of the specific groups in the pandemic，and comparison of the human rights value between China and the west，state responsibilities，proportionality principle，international cooperation，anti-racism，and so on. The webinars examined human rights problems under the pandemic from academic perspective，gave a push to the international cooperation against COVID-19 by academic hands. In the discussions，delegates from worldwide advocated the concept of community with a shared future for mankind，expressed oppositions to stigmatization，discrimination and the politicization towards the pandemic. Through warm and deep discussions，the series of international webinars reached many consensuses，gained substantial achievements，and also displayed their particular advantage.
