“Data right” is a new type of right，which is a product of the information age and an important right of individual citizens. The protection of data rights is not only reasonable，but also has gradually become a worldwide trend of human rights protection. As a big data powerhouse，China has made a lot of research harvest in the protection of citizens’ data rights. This paper takes 421 domestic data rights research literatures collected in the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） from 2011 to 2020，and analyzes them by drawing knowledge map with NoteExpress and CiteSpace software. Based on these，we review the hot issues of existing research，put forward the main problems in current research and provide an outlook on future research directions
