氢燃料电池汽车对实现我国汽车工业、交通运输业碳达峰、碳中和具有重要战略意义。本文应用生命周期评价方法,对车用氢能供给环节、氢燃料电池公交车车辆周期和燃料周期进行了全球增温潜势的量化评价,比较了其与柴油公交车和纯电动公交车在2025~2050年的碳减排效益,并面向我国双碳目标提出了氢燃料商用车低碳发展相关的政策建议。结果表明,氢燃料电池公交车具备较高的碳减排潜力,随着氢能制取方式逐步由化石能源制氢转向可再生能源电解水制氢,其碳减排效益愈加显著。未来,建议我国在电力清洁化发展、电池低碳生产及回收技术研发创新、低碳燃料标准和政策、氢燃料基础设施建设等方面提供相应的政策支持。
<<Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have strategic significance to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality in automobile industry and transportation industry. In this paper,the global warming potential of vehicle hydrogen supply link,vehicle cycle and fuel cycle of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle are quantitatively evaluated by life cycle assessment method. The emission factors of hydrogen and carbon were calculated under six hydrogen production modes:coal hydrogen production,renewable energy water electrolysis hydrogen production,steam methane recombination hydrogen production,chlor-alkali industry hydrogen by-product,coke oven gas hydrogen production and biological hydrogen production,and three hydrogen transport modes:gas-hydrogen trailer transport,gas-hydrogen pipeline transport and liquid hydrogen tank transport. The life cycle carbon emissions of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles,diesel commercial vehicles and pure electric commercial vehicles were compared. The results show that compared with pure electric commercial vehicles,hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles have emission reduction advantages in vehicle cycle,and as hydrogen production gradually shifts from fossil energy to renewable energy,carbon emission reduction benefits of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles will become more significant.
