By encouraging large key enterprises to take the lead in key national research and development programs and carrying out pilot and demonstration projects for the hydrogen industry，Shandong build a low-carbon green hydrogen supply system，lay out hydrogenation infrastructure，demonstrate the application of fuel cell vehicles，and explore a hydrogen business model. And build a model project for multi-scenario application of hydrogen，relying on the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “Hydrogen enters thousands of homes” technology demonstration project. In terms of industrial strategic positioning，hydrogen industry has become a new engine for the transformation of old and new driving forces and the high-quality development of energy，and hydrogen has also been regarded as an important implementation path for the optimization and transformation of energy structure in Shandong. Looking to the future，the construction of a national fuel cell technology innovation center will be an important starting point for innovative breakthroughs，and the demonstration and promotion of fuel cell vehicles will be intensified. To promote the continuous development and expansion of the hydrogen industry in the “Hydrogen Economic Belt of Shandong”，and build Shandong into a state-level comprehensive demonstration area of hydrogen industry integrating “hydrogen technology research and development，hydrogen equipment manufacturing and hydrogen market application”.
