The Covid-19 pandemic has led to the imbalance of supply and demand，as well as structural problems in China’s employment market. In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic，China’s employment stabilization measures are of positive significance to the protection of people’s livelihood，the realization of national development strategy，as well as improvement of China’s employment structure，which fully reflects the great advantages of our socialist system in protecting citizen’s employment rights. Putting employment as the priority of all its work，CCP and the central government has mobilized multiple tools to promote the recovery of economy and employment，including a full resumption of work and production，optimizing the entrepreneurial employment environment，increasing employment support for special groups，and providing vocational training and employment services. Benefited from the effective employment measure，China’s employment situation has been elevated from the difficulties at the beginning of the pandemic and is slowly recovering. In the future，it is necessary to further improve the employment priority policy around high-quality employment，improve the employment service system，pay more attention to alleviating structural employment contradictions，improve the employment support system for key groups，and further give full play to the employment priority policy in ensuring people’s livelihood，developing the economy，and achieving high-quality development basic role.
