The volunteering services of volunteers and volunteer organisations provided a strong support for safeguarding the citizen rights to life and health during the period of epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19. Which plays an import role in carrying forward the spirit of public services，promoting social equity and justice. Volunteering services are the important sources of the modernization of country’s system and capacity for governance of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. It’s a result of multi-participation from the country，government and society. In the future，it should be continued for the healthy development of the volunteering services to strengthen the construction of volunteering services，to improve the operating and guarantee system，and mobilize more efforts to participate in the services.
