The Chinese government has always attached great importance to information publicity，which provides a solid guarantee for the right to life and health. In the prevention and control of COVID-19 by 2020，China will be paid to the disclosure of information related to the epidemic，and measures will be taken to improve the procedures and mechanisms for the disclosure of information，strengthen the timely and comprehensive disclosure of information related to the epidemic，and expand the channels for disclosure，so as to timely safeguard the right to life and health. In the future，it is necessary to strengthen the balance of epidemic information released by some local governments，improve the legal system construction of epidemic information disclosure，and effectively balance citizens’ right to know and privacy.
