氢气的安全高密度储运被认为是制约氢能大规模应用的瓶颈,固态储氢技术具有储氢压力低、体积储氢密度高等特点,是较为理想的储运氢方式。本文围绕氢气固态储运技术,分析了其技术进展和应用现状。结果表明,虽然金属氢化物储氢重量储氢密度偏低、示范阶段成本偏高,但在规模氢储能、氢气安全运输、商用车/工程车等方面具有较强的适用性,且从全产业链条和规模效应考虑,其成本优势将逐渐凸显。新型高容量储氢材料研发进展飞速,未来有望实现在高效运氢、燃料电池乘用车/重卡等方面推广应用。
<<Safe and high density storage and transportation of hydrogen is considered as a bottleneck problem restricting large-scale application of hydrogen. Solid state hydrogen storage and transportation technology is an ideal hydrogen storage and transportation method with low hydrogen storage pressure and high hydrogen storage density. This report focuses on hydrogen solid state storage and transportation technology,and analyzes its technical progress and application status. The results show that although the weight and density of metal hydride hydrogen storage are relatively low and the cost is relatively high in the demonstration stage,the metal hydride hydrogen storage has strong applicability in large-scale hydrogen storage,hydrogen safe transportation,commercial vehicles/engineering vehicles and other aspects,and its cost advantage will gradually become prominent from the whole industrial chain and scale effect. The research and development of new high-capacity hydrogen storage materials is progressing rapidly,and it is expected to be popularized and applied in efficient hydrogen transport,fuel cell passenger vehicles/heavy trucks and other aspects in the future.
