    碳中和目标下的氢燃料电池汽车产业发展——2021年中国氢燃料电池汽车...

    摘要

    构建“制储运加”车用氢能供给体系,开展燃料电池汽车示范运行,提升可再生能源制氢比例,是落实“双碳”战略目标的重要路径。在国家和地方政策引导下,国内自主可控、较为完整的氢燃料电池汽车产业链基本成型,标准法规与测试评价配套体系持续完善。随着应用场景不断拓展、经济性逐步提高、加氢基础设施不断完善,燃料电池汽车市场将迎来快速发展。同时,氢能及燃料电池汽车产业发展与示范应用在国内多点开花,京津冀、长三角、大湾区、成渝、山东、河南等地均形成了一定的产业基础,并形成了各自的产业优势,车用氢能供给体系建设和燃料电池汽车示范应用进程快速推进。在落实“双碳”目标背景下,氢燃料电池汽车碳减排效益明显,需要尽快开展车用氢能碳足迹、碳核查研究。

    Abstract

    Building a hydrogen supply system for production,storage,transportation and refilling,carrying out demonstration operations of fuel cell vehicles,and increasing the proportion of hydrogen production from renewable energy are important ways to achieve the strategic goal of carbon peak and neutrality. Under the guidance of national and local policies,an autonomous,controllable and relatively complete domestic hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry chain has basically taken shape,and the supporting system of standards,regulations and test and evaluation has been continuously improved. With the continuous expansion of application scenarios,gradual improvement of economy and continuous improvement of hydrogenation infrastructure,the fuel cell vehicle market will embrace rapid development. At the same time,hydrogen and fuel cell vehicle industry development and demonstration application are blooming in many places in China,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze river delta,Greater Bay Area,Chengdu-Chongqing,Shandong,Henan and other places have formed a certain industrial foundation,and formed their own industrial advantages,automotive hydrogen supply system construction and fuel-cell vehicle demonstration application process is moving forward rapidly. Under the background of the implementation of the “carbon peak and neutrality goals” target,hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have obvious carbon emission reduction benefits,and it is necessary to carry out the research on hydrogen carbon footprint and carbon verification for vehicles as soon as possible.
