构建“制储运加”车用氢能供给体系,开展燃料电池汽车示范运行,提升可再生能源制氢比例,是落实“双碳”战略目标的重要路径。在国家和地方政策引导下,国内自主可控、较为完整的氢燃料电池汽车产业链基本成型,标准法规与测试评价配套体系持续完善。随着应用场景不断拓展、经济性逐步提高、加氢基础设施不断完善,燃料电池汽车市场将迎来快速发展。同时,氢能及燃料电池汽车产业发展与示范应用在国内多点开花,京津冀、长三角、大湾区、成渝、山东、河南等地均形成了一定的产业基础,并形成了各自的产业优势,车用氢能供给体系建设和燃料电池汽车示范应用进程快速推进。在落实“双碳”目标背景下,氢燃料电池汽车碳减排效益明显,需要尽快开展车用氢能碳足迹、碳核查研究。
