    天津市妇女就业保障机制的实践与分析

    摘要

    近年来,天津市不断推动妇女就业保障立法,完善相关配合协作工作机制,致力于消除就业性别歧视、鼓励妇女就业创业与妇女劳动权益保障工作,取得了包括扩大就业规模、拓宽就业领域、完善劳动保障、实现创业增收等方面的工作成效。目前,中国进入全面二孩时代,经济增速也逐渐放缓,天津市妇女就业问题面临包括制度、观念与经济等多重困境,就业促进和权益保障工作仍任重道远。

    Abstract

    In addition to continuously improving the legislation on women’s employment security in Tianjin,Tianjin also has managed to promote works like creating public welfare jobs and expanding the scope of women’s employment,organizing employment training to encourage women to start their own businesses and establish rights protection channels to stop discrimination in employment. So far,Tianjin has achieved some results in promoting women’s employment and entrepreneurship,and protecting women’s labor rights and interests,including expanding employment scale,expanding employment fields,improving labor security,and increasing entrepreneurial income. Tianjin has formed several mechanisms and systems that can be used for reference. At present,as China enters the second-child age and the economic growth rate is gradually stabilized and slowed down,Tianjin’s job security for women still faces challenges and needs more effort.
