In addition to continuously improving the legislation on women’s employment security in Tianjin，Tianjin also has managed to promote works like creating public welfare jobs and expanding the scope of women’s employment，organizing employment training to encourage women to start their own businesses and establish rights protection channels to stop discrimination in employment. So far，Tianjin has achieved some results in promoting women’s employment and entrepreneurship，and protecting women’s labor rights and interests，including expanding employment scale，expanding employment fields，improving labor security，and increasing entrepreneurial income. Tianjin has formed several mechanisms and systems that can be used for reference. At present，as China enters the second-child age and the economic growth rate is gradually stabilized and slowed down，Tianjin’s job security for women still faces challenges and needs more effort.
