通过比较景瑞小学与其他中小学开展智能教育的做法,发现当前智能教育大背景下我国儿童教育权利的保障亟待解决的问题有:1。对智能教育存在碎片化的认知,如将智能教育等同于智识教育,未平衡好教育与保护、教育与人权之间的关系;2。保障主体的互动与合作不足,如校企之间偏重商业买卖关系,未有效建起相互合作、相互成长并促进儿童教育权利保障的共同体;3。智能教育应用领域、评价方法相对单一化,如过度依赖人脸识别技术确保课堂纪律的方式或侵犯儿童隐私和人格尊严。以智能教育助力儿童教育权利保障,要协调好教育与安全、教育与人权、集体权利与个体权利的关系,完善促进儿童全面发展、个性发展的教育与评价方法,建立学校、家庭、企业等主体深度合作的共同体。
