妇女平等就业权利保障一直是中国特色妇女权益保障的重要内容。中华人民共和国成立后,尤其是改革开放以来,保障妇女平等就业的法律法规相继制定并不断完善。近年来,消除性别歧视、保障妇女平等就业更是党和政府持续关注的议题,我国持续探索促进性别平等、消除性别歧视的机制和措施,尤其在妇女平等就业权保障方面取得诸多进展。本文阐释和评析了2019年妇女平等就业权保障的发展和实践创新,并对法律政策、执法和司法方面的进一步完善和改革提出建议。
<<The protection of women’s equal employment rights has always been an important part of the protection of women’s rights and interests with Chinese characteristics. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up,laws and regulations guaranteeing equal employment for women have been formulated and constantly improved. In recent years,eliminating gender discrimination and ensuring equal employment for women have become issues of constant concern to the Party and the government. China has continued to explore mechanisms and measures to promote gender equality and eliminate gender discrimination,and made great progress in the protection of women’s equal employment rights. This paper explains and analyzes the development and practice innovation of the protection of women’s equal employment right in 2019,and puts forward suggestions for further improvement and reform of legislation,law enforcement and judicatory.
