The focus of poverty alleviation in 2019 is to solve the problems of deep poverty and “Two no worries and three guarantees”，so that the rural poor don’t worry about food and clothing，and the compulsory education，basic medical care and housing safety are guaranteed. Under the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee and with the efforts of cadres and masses everywhere，the national problem of “Two no worries and three guarantees” has been basically solved，and decisive progress has been made in overcoming poverty in deep poverty areas. However，great efforts still need to be made to finally solve the problem of absolute poverty.
