The 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China is not only the 70 years of the development of China’s human rights cause，but also the 70 years of China’s contribution to the progress of the world’s human rights cause. China has greatly improved the human rights protection of the Chinese people，who account for one sixth of the world’s population. China’s concept，path and experience of human rights development have certain reference significance for many other countries. China has actively made suggestions and promoted the reform of the global human rights governance system，and has taken a series of practical actions to participate in the human rights protection work of United Nations.
