Based on collection and compilation of the achievements in local legislation in 2020，this paper introduces eight economic zones，types of legislative matters and other elements，and includes in-depth analysis and research of the performance，hot issues and development trend of local legislative provinces and municipalities. After comprehensively showing the general situation of local legislation in China in 2020，it is concluded in this paper that the local legislation in China in 2020 has maintained a positive legislative state，and the legislation and amendment have been promoted simultaneously. In addition，the legislation at provincial level has become the main force of annual legislation，while various legislative matters show a more balanced development state in the year.
