In order to ensure the sustainable prosperity and development of China’s marine industry，China’s law enforcement in the marine field is further strengthened，and the marine law enforcement system and supervision system are further improved. China’s marine law enforcement and rights protection reflect the characteristics of precision and specialization，and the combination of concept and practice. It is committed to building a systematic，interactive and efficient law enforcement system，which reflects China’s determination to crack down on marine crimes. At the same time，China has actively promoted the construction of a community of marine destiny，carried out close exchanges and cooperation with South Korea，the Philippines，Vietnam and other countries，and actively fulfilled its international obligations，highlighting the image of a responsible power. However，there are still many problems to be solved in the top-level design of marine cause，marine consciousness education，marine legal system and marine basic research.
