In the national oceanic supervision of 2020，some regions continue to implement rectification based on the feedback from the national oceanic Supervision. Under the strong pressure of the national oceanic Supervision，the provincial government attaches great importance to it，and local governments at all levels have formed a work situation where the pressure is transferred layer by layer and the responsibility is consolidated layer by layer. The Ministry of Natural Resources organized national oceanic supervision to “look back” according to the rectification situation，and launched a special supervision of the rectification situation in Hainan Province. On the whole，the national oceanic supervision breaks the conventional governance under the operation of the bureaucracy，and realizes the complementary between the supervision system and the bureaucracy. The “look back” of the national oceanic supervision ensures the implementation of the feedback from the national oceanic supervision. The national oceanic supervision has reconstructed the relationship between the national oceanic administration and the provincial government，relying on the provincial government to pass the supervision pressure to all levels of local governments and related departments. At the same time，there are still many problems in the national oceanic supervision，including the lack of sustainability，the low proportion of “look back”，and the coordination between the supervision system and the bureaucracy. For this reason，the national oceanic supervision should be improved in a targeted manner.
