Lvliang Mountain Area has achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation. from 2011 to 2020 Specifically，its overall economic strength has been significantly enhanced，the incidence of poverty has fallen sharply，the income of rural residents has increased rapidly，and the infrastructure and public services has improved significantly. Moreover，with the advancement of poverty alleviation，the progress of rural transformation in the area has accelerated. Among them，“people” transformation is relatively obvious，“industry” transformation is rising steadily，and “land” transformation is relatively lagging. And the rural transformation degree of 7 counties in Shaanxi is slightly higher than that of Shanxi’s counties. At the same time，the progress of rural transformation in counties in Lviang moutain Area is uneven，with Lan，Qingjian and Xing counties having a higher degree of transformation. In addition，some counties in the Lvliang Mountain Area are at the forefront of effective linkage between Poverty alleviation and rural revitalization，such as Daning County，Xinzhou City，and Lvliang City. However，it still has the main difficulties in terms of stable employment and income growth，poor agricultural production conditions，lack of market competitiveness for agricultural products，and lagging infrastructure and public services. In the future，efforts should be made to promote rural revitalization in three aspects：stimulating the endogenous force of the rural areas，promoting sustainable industrial development，and constructing ecological livable countryside.
