According to the analysis of the overall effectiveness of poverty eradication in the Luoxiao Mountain Area，the incidence of poverty in the area has been significantly reduced，the living standard of residents has been greatly improved，the backward appearance of the area has been fundamentally changed，and the special industries have been flourished，so the poverty eradication in the area has achieved remarkable results. The analysis of the transformation progress of county villages from 2011 to 2019 shows that the transformation level of the “industry” dimension is the highest，the transformation level of the “people” dimension is the second-highest，and the transformation level of the “land” dimension is the lowest. The overall rural transformation index of the area is increasing year by year，but the overall level is relatively low，and there are large differences among the areas in the area. Based on perspective of “people-industry-land” transformation，we analyzed and summarized the typical cases of poverty alleviation and rural transformation in the Luoxiao Mountain Area from the perspective of relocation，industrial poverty alleviation and red resources. In view of the key difficulties encountered by the district in the process of rural transformation，combined with the actual situation of the district，the general idea of rural revitalization and specific measures to promote rural transformation in the area are proposed.
