The overall results of poverty alleviation in Yanshan-Taihang mountain area since 2011 are remarkable. All the poor people in the area and all the poor counties have been lifted out of poverty，the income and consumption level of farmers have generally improved，the level of economic development and the ability of sustainable development have been enhanced，and the level of infrastructure and basic public services have been continuously improved. Based on the analysis of the progress of rural transformation from the perspective of “people，industry and land”，it is found that in the process of rural transformation and development in the area，the transformation and development of various regions are uneven，but the overall level of rural transformation is relatively low，“the transformation of people” and “industry” is better than that of “land”，the transformation and growth of “land” is relatively fast，and the transformation and growth of “industry” is weak. Combined with the difficulties，problems and typical cases in the Rural Revitalization in the area，this paper puts forward the feasible path of Rural Revitalization in the area from the three aspects of “people”，“industry” and “land”.
