In the past ten years，significant achievements have been made in poverty alleviation in the southern foothills of the Greater Hinggan Mountains，and regional overall poverty has been completely solved. According to the measurement results of rural transformation from the three dimensions of people，industry and land，the comprehensive rural transformation of the region progresses relatively slowly，and the rural transformation ability of counties （cities and banners） also shows different development tracks. Based on the case study of Zhenlai County，Lindian County and Arshan City，it is found that the three counties and cities have carried out valuable exploration and practice in promoting the triple transformation of farmers，agriculture and rural areas，which also provides a model for the rural transformation and development in the region. In the implementation process of rural revitalization strategy，we should continue to develop and strengthen rural industries，fully implement rural construction，strengthen talent support and other aspects to accelerate the process of rural transformation in the area.
