Since 2011，with the continuous and in-depth poverty alleviation work，the rural poor population in Wumeng Mountain area has been reduced greatly year by year，the income and consumption level of rural residents has been improved significantly，the production and living conditions have been improved fundamentally，and the public service level has undergone a qualitative leap，all 38 poverty-stricken counties，cities and districts were lifted out of poverty. Through the calculation of rural “people”，“industry”，“land” and the comprehensive transformation index from 2011 to 2019，it is found that：Villages in Wumeng Mountain area have made some progress in the aspects of “people”，“industry”，“land” and comprehensive transformation，but the overall level of transformation is not high，progress is not fast，and have ups and downs. In the context of rural revitalization，Wumeng Mountain area should not only promote the comprehensive development of “people” by strengthening the construction of ideological and moral level，highlighting the promotion of scientific and cultural literacy，and paying attention to the enhancement of financial literacy，should also promote the quality and upgrading of “industry” by strengthening the foundation of poverty alleviation industries，accelerating the transformation and upgrading of characteristic industries，and promoting the integration of traditional agriculture and digital agriculture. In addition，Wumeng Mountain area should accelerate the optimization and adjustment of “land” from the aspects of improving the fairness of rural public service allocation，innovating the coordination mechanism of rural public service supply and demand，and improving the diversified investment mechanism of rural public service.
