Based on the analysis of the evolution trend of the quality of poverty alleviation in Qinba Mountain Area from 2011 to 2019，it is found that the incidence of poverty in the area has decreased significantly，the living standard of residents has improved significantly，the rural infrastructure and public services have improved significantly，the production and living conditions and quality of farmers have effectively improved，and the overall effect of poverty alleviation is remarkable. Based on the analysis of county rural transformation progress from 2011 to 2019，it is found that the transformation level of people，industry and land is still relatively low. From the development of characteristic industries，green development，relocation，financial poverty alleviation，mechanism innovation and other fields，this paper summarizes the typical cases of poverty alleviation and rural transformation in Qinba Mountain Area. Combined with the difficulties and problems in the rural revitalization in Qinba Mountain Area，this paper puts forward the general idea of Rural Revitalization and the main path to promote the rural revitalization strategy.
