From 2011 to 2020，through the implementation of the transportation plus poverty alleviation strategy，Liupan Mountain Area has lifted all 61 counties out of poverty，lifted all poor households out of poverty，and basically solved the regional poverty problem. Based on the perspective of human，industry and land，this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the rural transformation in the process of poverty alleviation in 61 counties of Liupan Mountain Area，and got the following conclusions. In terms of human transformation，the financial literacy of residents in Liupan Mountain Area is significantly improved，the employment of non-agricultural is on the rise，and the human capital of residents is gradually declining. In terms of the transformation of industry，the trend of non-agricultural industry and financial economy is obvious，and the market organization rises in the fluctuation，but the progress of agricultural modernization is slow. In terms of the transformation of land，the overall development and public service optimization level rise slowly. In the future，the Rural Revitalization of Liupan Mountain Area should vigorously promote the transformation of land through the village planning，rural public infrastructure construction，and rural living environment improvement，promote the transformation of people through the combination of internal support and external guidance，and speed up the transformation of industry through the integration of three industries，function expansion and brand building.
