The Dabie Mountain area integrates contiguous destitute areas，revolutionary old areas，main grain producing areas and low-lying and flood-prone areas along the Huaihe River. It is the area with the largest population size and density in the main battlefield of poverty alleviation in contiguous destitute areas. Through ten years of fighting poverty，the Dabie Mountain area has achieved decisive achievements in poverty alleviation. The number of poor people in Dabie Mountain area is decreasing，the living standard is getting higher and higher，the area’s infrastructure is becoming more and more complete，and public services are getting better and better. The overall change is getting bigger and bigger. The analysis of the county-level and rural transformation progress in the area from 2011 to 2019 found that，in addition to the downward trend in the transformation and evolution of the “people” in the area，the transformation and evolution of the “industry” and “land” in the area are both on an upward trend，and each year Both maintained a relatively stable growth rate. Based on the perspective of the transformation of “people”，“industry” and “land” in the area，the typical cases of the reconstruction and transformation of poor villages in the Dabie Mountain area are analyzed and discussed. Finally，this article believes that the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization is the inevitable way for the Dabie Mountain area to achieve further optimization，upgrading，adjustment and reconstruction after the reconstruction and transformation of “people”，“industry” and “land” in the poverty alleviation；the Dabie Mountain should be cultivated and constructed in the coupling and coordination. The self-development ability of the “people”，“industry” and “land” of the area is a breakthrough path for the current Dabie Mountain area to consolidate and expand the poverty alleviation achievements and to effectively connect with the rural revitalization，and the future Dabie Mountain area to accurately and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.
