基于2011～2019年武陵山片区县域数据，采用空间计量等方法，解析了武陵山片区脱贫攻坚成效、乡村转型趋势及地域格局。结果表明：武陵山片区脱贫攻坚总体成效显著，具体表现为农村贫困人口和贫困发生率大幅下降、农村居民收入和支出都与日俱增、农村居民生产生活日新月异、教育文化和医疗卫生事业发展迅速等。进而，通过对武陵山片区乡村转型趋势和地域格局的分析，发现武陵山片区乡村转型度指数呈增长趋势，且各分片区存在内部差异。同时，武陵山片区乡村转型的地域格局也呈现明显差异：整体而言，武陵山片区乡村转型度指数所处阶段不高，但呈现逐年变好的趋势；从各分片区乡村转型度指数水平来看，各分片区各年乡村转型度指数呈现明显的地域分异特征；从县域乡村转型度指数空间格局来看，各县的乡村转型度指数存在明显的空间差异；从县域乡村转型度指数空间自相关情况来看，县域乡村转型度指数呈现一定程度的空间依赖。另外，还对“乡村转型工作重点县”进行了识别。在此基础上，以十八洞村为例剖析了武陵山片区脱贫攻坚与乡村转型的具体实践。最后提出了武陵山片区乡村振兴的对策。
<<Based on the county data of Wuling Mountain area from 2011 to 2019，the effects of poverty alleviation，rural transformation trend and regional pattern of Wuling Mountain area were analyzed by using spatial measurement methods. The results show that：the overall effect of poverty alleviation in Wuling Mountain area is remarkable，which is manifested in the rural poor population and the incidence of poverty decreased significantly，the income and expenditure of rural residents are increasing day by day，the production and life of rural residents are changing with each passing day，and the education，culture and medical and health undertakings are developing rapidly. And then，through the analysis of the trend and regional pattern of rural transformation in The Wuling Mountain area，it is found that the rural transformation index of the Wuling Mountain area shows a growing trend，and there are internal differences among the sub-regions. At the same time，the regional pattern of rural transformation in Wuling Mountain area also shows obvious differences. Overall，the rural transformation index of Wuling Mountain area is not at a high stage，but it shows a trend of getting better year by year. From the perspective of the level of the rural transformation index of each region，the rural transformation index of each year in the sub-region shows obvious regional differentiation. From the perspective of the spatial pattern of rural transformation index at county level，there is an obvious spatial difference among counties. From the perspective of the spatial auto-correlation of the county rural transformation index，the county rural transformation index shows a certain degree of spatial dependence. In addition，it also identifies the “key counties of rural transformation”. On this basis，taking Shibadong Village as an example，this paper analyzes the specific practice of poverty alleviation and rural transformation in Wuling Mountain area. Finally，the paper puts forward the countermeasures of rural revitalization in Wuling Mountain area.
