在新发展理念引领下,城镇化的高质量发展是新阶段构建新发展格局的重要举措。本研究通过分析长江中游城市群城镇化协同发展现状,针对出现的产业创新动力不足且同质化明显、城市群与城乡协调发展不平衡、生态环境保护压力加大、开放发展程度不足、基础设施共享力度不够等问题,结合长江中游城市群高质量城镇化协同推进的原则与思路,提出了对应的路径措施,即以创新理念引领长江中游城市群城镇化高质量发展新动能培育、以协调发展理念引领长江中游城市群大中小城市协调发展、以绿色发展理念引领长江中游城市群城镇建设得更加美丽宜居、以开放发展理念引领长江中游城市群开放开发、以共享发展理念引领长江中游城市群城镇化资源高效利用与科学分配,旨在为城市群高质量城镇化的协同发展提供参考。
<<Under the guidance of the new development concept,the high-quality development of urbanization is an important measure to build a new development pattern in the new development paradigm. This study,which is based on new development concept,through the analysis of the coordinated development of Changjiang Middle Reaches Megalopolis urbanization present situation,for the industrial innovation underpowered and homogeneity apparent,imbalance of urban agglomeration and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,ecological environmental protection pressure,open development degree is insufficient,such problems as insufficient infrastructure sharing,Combined with the principles and ideas of coordinated promotion of high-quality urbanization in Changjiang Middle Reaches Megalopolis,corresponding paths and measures are proposed. Leading the development of new drivers of high-quality urbanization in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River with innovative concepts,leading the coordinated development of large,medium and small cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River with the concept of coordinated development,and leading the construction of cities and towns in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River to be more beautiful and livable with the concept of green development. The concept of open development leads the open development of the city group in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,and the concept of shared development leads the efficient utilization and scientific distribution of urbanization resources in the city group in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It is intended to provide a reference for the coordinated development of high-quality urbanization in urban agglomerations.
