This paper does not elaborate on a series of previously implemented laws on elections，the parliament and presidential and local election laws issued on December 20，2019. This paper expounds the partial amendments and implementation of the Electoral Law implemented in Mongolia，differences in new laws and regulations for parliamentary elections，reasonable conditions for the maturity of the electoral law. In order to distinguish between certain provisions of the previous Electoral Law and the new National Great Haral Election Law of 2019，it is necessary to compare certain parts of the laws and regulations related to political parties.
