自2004年全国人大常委会批准我国加入联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》开始,非遗的学科化问题就成为学界关注的重要问题。近20年来,学界对于“非遗是不是学科?”“非遗属于哪一门学科?”“如何建设非遗学科?”等相关问题进行了系统性的学理思考和理论建构,从教育学、民俗学、民族学、音乐学、舞蹈学、美术学、设计学等学科领域,以及高校非遗学科设置、职业院校非遗课程教学、中小学非遗课堂开展、非遗学科化建设的域外经验等诸多方面,对非遗学科化的理论建构和发展路径进行了学理思考,并形成了“非遗是学科”“非遗是交叉学科”“非遗是急需建设的新兴学科”等一致性的学术观点。新时代以来,随着“全面复兴中华优秀传统文化”等国家战略的持续施行,非遗学科化建设迎来最好的发展时期。
<<Since 2004,when the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress ratified the UNESCO Convention on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage,The subject of intangible cultural heritage has become an important issue of academic concern.
In the past 20 years,the academic community has been concerned about the question “Is intangible cultural heritage a discipline?”“In what discipline are intangible cultural heritage?”“How to build a discipline of intangible cultural Heritage?” and a series of related questions. From pedagogy,folklore,ethnology,musicology,dance,fine arts,design and other related disciplines,and the academic setting of intangible cultural heritage in colleges and universities,the teaching of intangible cultural heritage courses in vocational colleges,the implementation of intangible cultural heritage classes in primary and secondary schools,and the overseas experience in the construction of intangible cultural heritage science gives a theoretical consideration on the theoretical construction and development path of the subject of intangible cultural heritage and forms consistent academic views such as “Intangible cultural heritage is a discipline”,“Intangible cultural heritage is a cross-discipline”,“an emerging discipline in urgent need of construction of intangible cultural heritage”,etc. Since the new era,with the continuous implementation of a series of national strategies such as “Comprehensively Revitalizing Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture”,the construction of intangible cultural heritage has ushered in the best period of development.
