2020年是“十三五”规划收官之年,是脱贫攻坚战最后一年,是全面建成小康社会目标实现之年。站在“两个一百年”的历史交汇点上,2020年传统美术类非遗保护呈现新气象、新作为、新趋势:以“工艺扶贫”为主的非遗助力精准扶贫取得开创性成果;以“非遗购物节”为典型的全媒体云传播,赋予传统美术新的网络生态;“文艺抗疫”让传统美术更加嵌入提高社会治理能力的主流话语;在满足人民对美好生活的需要、推动经济社会可持续发展和服务国家重大战略的进程中,传统美术从项目单体保护向系统性保护转型,正在催生新美学、新业态、新文化空间、新消费市场,呈现出在现代生活中广泛应用的前景。
<<2020 is the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China,the last year of the battle against poverty and the year to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Standing at the historical intersection of the Two Centenary Goals,in this year,the protection of intangible cultural heritage of traditional art presents a new atmosphere,new actions and new trend. Intangible cultural heritage assisted targeted poverty alleviation,focusing on “traditional art poverty alleviation”,and has gained groundbreaking achievements. When holding “intangible cultural heritage Shopping Festival”,lots of new media are used,which endows traditional art with new energy. “Traditional art anti epidemic” makes traditional art more embedded in the mainstream discourse to improve the ability of social governance. In the process of meeting the people’s needs for a better life,promoting sustainable economic and social development and serving major national strategies,traditional art has transformed from single project protection to systematic protection. It is giving birth to new aesthetics,new business forms,new cultural space and new consumer market,is showing the prospect of wide application in modern life.
