With the proposal of the concept of digital China，all parts of the country are actively exploring and innovating the development of digital government. A number of typical and representative successful practice models have emerged，but at the same time，such as basic theory and connotation research There are a series of problems such as incompleteness，strong differences in construction models，unclear division of power and responsibility，and difficulty in measuring the effectiveness of construction. The construction of China’s digital government urgently needs to further improve the top-level design，clarify the division of responsibilities of departments，promote data integration and coordination，and improve development effectiveness. Therefore，it is imperative to sum up development experience in time and explore the follow-up development ideas of digital government construction.
